Don’t pass up on the chance to join us at PASS Summit
It’s that time of year again when I start looking forward to October and PASS Summit. The (rainy and grey) streets of Seattle will, once again, be full of data professionals. Over 4,000 members of the #SQL community (professionals who use the Microsoft data platform) will descend on the Emerald City between 25-28 October to connect, share, and learn.
Redgate has been a sponsor of PASS Summit every year since the early days. I personally have attended annually since 2010. I really enjoy the conference, for the chance to stay in touch with our customers, and also to meet attendees who are new to Redgate.
It’s a great event for Redgate to exhibit at for many reasons. One big draw is that it’s the largest gathering of SQL Server and BI Professionals and the Expo hall is always buzzing with attendees interested in learning from us. Another great reason to sponsor PASS Summit is that all profits are ploughed back into the not-for-profit organization (PASS), which in turn supports more than 100,000 members of the PASS community all year round.
I’m organizing a crew from Redgate to be part of the conference. I’ll be joined by a mixture of Redgaters from Product Development, Marketing, and Technical Sales, as well as members of the Innovation and Exec. Team. We’ll be at the conference hoping to network with you. Join us at the booth to learn more about Redgate’s latest tools by watching demos and presentations, ask us questions, take away some cool Redgate swag, and then share your knowledge of Redgate with fellow attendees!
If you haven’t yet registered, because you haven’t got around to it – now’s the time. The price of a full Summit pass shoots up by $400 on Monday 17 July. If you register now for PASS Summit using Redgate’s discount code REDGSILVDR, you save another $150 (you can also use the code any time between now and 25 October).
If you haven’t yet had the pleasure of attending a PASS Summit, join us and your fellow professionals at one truly awesome conference that many of the #SQLFamily believe will ‘change your life’. Here’s a blog post from my colleague, Grant Fritchey, encouraging you to attend PASS Summit.
I look forward to meeting everyone in Seattle in the fall. Until then, follow @redgate on Twitter to stay tuned on what’s happening in our run-up to PASS Summit.
