Introduction

Red Gate Software Limited "Redgate" is based in Cambridge, United Kingdom and has subsidiaries in the United States, Canada, Germany, and Australia.

Redgate provides of end-to-end Database DevOps software solutions for organizations and professionals. We've specialized in ingeniously simple software for 24 years, helping organizations streamline software development and get value from their data faster.

Now, over a million databases are monitored by our solutions and our products help over 200,000 people in every type of organization around the world, from small businesses to 92% of the Fortune 100.

Redgate’s portfolio of solutions helps organizations reliably solve the complex challenges of database management across the DevOps lifecycle on any database, anywhere. We make life easier for IT leaders, development and operations teams, increasing efficiency, reducing errors and safeguarding business-critical data.

Our Business and Supply Chain

Redgate condemns all forms of human trafficking, slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and any other trafficking-related activities.

As a business we and our subsidiaries are committed to complying with applicable employment and labour laws and ensuring we do not transact with non-compliant businesses within our supply chain.

Our suppliers mainly consist of those who support our daily running of our business, which fall under the following categories: Facility Management (e.g., building rent, building maintenance), Business Services (e.g., travel, events management, insurance, marketing campaigns, sales enablement & training, and IT Services (e.g., IT equipment and services).

Redgate's employees are not considered to be vulnerable to slavery, forced labour or human trafficking, and Redgate commits to fair and safe working practices and complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Due Diligence, Policies & Effectiveness

Redgate is committed to continuous improvement, and we will continue to:

  • Follow and continuously improve our internal due diligence process when onboarding a new supplier.
  • Review our network of suppliers to identify any which might represent a high risk and look at mitigative steps.

During 2023, Redgate implemented the following:

  • Employee Code of Conduct
  • Supplier Code of Conduct
  • Whistleblowing policy and external reporting platform

During 2024, Redgate will:

  • As appropriate, continue to review new suppliers’ compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • Work towards a customer code of ethics.

Redgate expects its employees to inform legal@red-gate.com if they suspect Modern Slavery at Redgate or any of its Suppliers. All communications will be handled in confidence.

Redgate did not receive any reports of instances of modern slavery or human trafficking in the financial year ending 31 December 2023.

Redgate's Board have overall responsibility for ensuring that Red Gate Software Limited, its subsidiaries and all people working for Redgate comply with our legal and ethical obligations.
