At Redgate, we want to be a great place to work whether you’re in the office or working in the comfort of your home.
Our spaces are designed to allow everyone to do their best work in an inclusive, comfortable, and relaxed space.
Our Cambridge office is ideally located, with convenient transport links to central Cambridge and London.
The space offers plenty of car and cycle parking, with pedestrian access to the nearby Cambridge North train station.
Cavendish House was designed for flexible-hybrid working, with meeting room AV for a great experience whether you're at home or in the office, and dedicated social and collaborative space.
The coolest part is our building is fossil fuel free and utilizes a rainwater harvesting system which is used for flushing toilets and other non-potable water needs.

They initially decided to focus on two areas: supporting neurodiverse colleagues and improving the gender balance within Engineering. One of the core activities for the group has been reaching out to other parts of the business to talk about diversity and offer help.… Read more
As we expand our product management team, perhaps the top candidate question is “how do you structure the team?”. It makes sense: the role has different meanings at almost every organisation, and correspondingly different ways of working with others. Perhaps as interesting as the structure itself, is why? For that, we first need some context: What does Redgate’s portfolio look like? Redgate offers end-to-end database… Read more
